Slice 1 Leak into fine rings. Fry 250g of lean hamburger meat in 1 Tbsp oil. Add leak to the meat and steam for a few minutes. Add 750ml and bring to a boil while stirring. Add 200g melting cheese. Cook for about 15 minutes and serve with your favorite bread. Imported from Germany
